I used to really enjoy coming here. Been taking our 4 cars here for years. Owner even did some work on one of my vehicles out of courtesy (very personable guy).. it’s some of the other guys that have began making the experience not so great anymore. Dad grumbles about you in Spanish and the guys don’t work as well as the owner, complaining and making you feel and even look bad if they could. Last time we got bad tires after paying around $140 for 2 used tires. The husband and his wife who’s usually in the office have always been wonderful which is the reason for the solid 3 stars

First time coming there. The staff was very helpful. They fixed my tire very quickly.

I am a first time customer coming over from Firestone/Discount Tires and I must say this place has excellent customer service and the quickest in and out that I’ve experienced for tires. I purchased a set of new Blackhawk tires 225/50 R17s that came with a thread warranty/road hazard for a very reasonable price. The business specializes in used tires but, they do offer new tires too and they’re less expensive than the franchised big box stores. A true hidden gem that’s located in NE Greensboro right off US 29(S) between McKnight Mill Rd/Cone Blvd. If you in the need of a good used tire or a new one; Tire Shop has you covered.

Will absolutely never buy a tire from here again. I got this tire in early June & this is the result after month. Customer service wasn’t the best just not the best place to do business at all.
